Requirements for Application and Enrollment
Non - Refundable Fees

Application Fees are for each camp session. If child is attending two sessions, the total tuition due will be $900
Application Fee $50 Due with application by Friday, April 30, 2010
Tuition $400 Due by Friday, May 14, 2010
Total Tuition and Fees $450  
DC Child Health Form and Blue Igloo Liability Waiver   Due by the start of camp

 

ENROLLMENT

Once registered, the enrollment process requires (a) completion of the health form and liability waiver, and (b) payment in full before your child or children may attend. If you do not complete the enrollment process by the dates specified, another child will be offered the space.

HEALTH FORMS

You will receive a health form and liability waiver with the electronic confirmation of your child’s enrollment in the Blue Igloo Summer Camp. Blue Igloo requires separate health forms and liability waivers for the full-year program and for the summer camp. Please resubmit both forms, even if your child attends Blue Igloo from September to May.
