Returning Families
Requirements for Application and Enrollment
Non - Refundable Fees

Completed Application Form   Must be submitted on-line no later than Monday, February 21, 2011
Deposit $500 Due no later than Thursday, March 31, 2011 to reserve space
Remainder of Tuition $2500 Due no later than Friday, April 29, 2011
Total Tuition $3000  
DC Child Health Form and Liability Waiver   Must be completed, signed, and returned to Blue Igloo before the start of the fall semester

 

Please note, all three requirements of the Blue Igloo enrollment process must be fulfilled before your child (or his or her sibling/s) may attend the playgroup. (1) The on-line Blue Igloo Application for Returning Families must be completed and submitted to Blue Igloo Playgroup by Monday, February 21, 2011. (2) Payment of all fees must be made in full and on time. (3) Both a DC Child Health Form and a waiver of liability must be completed, signed and returned to Blue Igloo before the start of the fall semester (or January semester for January babies). If you do not complete the requirements of the enrollment process by the dates specified, another child will be offered your child's place.

Please note that your on-line application will NOT be processed until Blue Igloo Playgroup has received your application fee. Please send your non-refundable $500 deposit by Thursday, March 31, 2011 to:
