Please note, all three requirements of the Blue Igloo enrollment process must be fulfilled before your child (or his or her sibling/s) may attend the playgroup. (1) The on-line Blue Igloo Application for Returning Families must be completed and submitted to Blue Igloo Playgroup by Monday, March 2, 2009. (2) Payment of all fees must be made in full and on time. (3) Both a DC Child Health Form and a waiver of liability must be completed, signed and returned to Blue Igloo before the start of the fall semester (or January semester for January babies). If you do not complete the requirements of the enrollment process by the dates specified, another child will be offered your child's place.
