Requirements for Application and Enrollment
Non - Refundable Fees

Completed Application Form   Must be submitted on-line no later than Monday, February 21, 2011
Application Fee $50 Due no later than Monday, February 21, 2011
Deposit (if admitted) $500 Due no later than Thursday, March 31, 2011 to reserve space
Remainder of Tuition $2500 Due no later than Friday, April 29, 2011
Total Tuition $3000  
DC Child Health Form and Liability Waiver   Must be completed, signed, and returned to Blue Igloo before the start of the fall semester

 

The Blue Igloo year runs from September to May. Applications to Blue Igloo are made for the entire eight-month period; the playgroup does not offer admissions for either the fall or spring semester only. Admissions decisions are typically made soon after the admissions deadline.

All requirements of the Blue Igloo enrollment process must be fulfilled before your child may attend, if accepted. (1) The child and/or his or her parent or caregiver must visit the playgroup before submitting an on-line application; (2) the on-line Blue Igloo Application for New Families must be completed and submitted to Blue Igloo Playgroup before the deadline. If your child is accepted, (3) payment of all fees must be made in full and on time, and (4) both a DC Child Health Form and a waiver of liability must be completed, signed and returned to Blue Igloo before the start of the fall semester. If you do not complete the requirements of the enrollment process by the dates specified, another child will be offered your child's place.

Please note that your on-line application will NOT be processed until Blue Igloo Playgroup has received your application fee. Your non-refundable $50 application fee must be received no later than Monday, February 21, 2011. Please mail checks (noting your child's name) to:
